How Much Will It Cost To Clean My House?

We are happy to offer free telephone estimates or you can fill out our REQUEST INFORMATION form, tell us a bit about your home and specific needs and we will either email or give you a call back with the estimate! Every home and everybody is unique so we prefer to quote on an individual basis.

Do I Have to Be Home For Our Cleaning Crew?

No. Since we are locally owned and operated we are happy to work with you to fit your needs. Many of our clients give us a key to be safely stored from cleaning to cleaning. Our owner releases the keys to the cleaning crews each day a cleaning is scheduled and the crews must return it upon arrival back to the office. If this option doesn’t work for you let us know and we can arrange for an alternative plan.

Can You Guarantee a Day and Time for My Service?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly appointments – as well as Move-in and Move-out cleanings. We will always be able to guarantee a specific day for your service and will do our best to estimate a specific time. Always feel free to contact us if you have a specific need up to the morning of your service and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

What If I Need To Reschedule Service?

Please notify us with as much time as possible and we will do our best to reschedule your service.

What If I Accidentally Lock Mayflower Maids Out?

We always want to avoid an accident like this. In the event that a cleaning crew is locked out on a day of scheduled service, we will charge a lock-out fee and we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. To avoid accidents and incurring fees many of our clients either give us a key for safe-keeping in the office or hide one on the premises of their homes.

What Should I Do With My Security System?

Please make the necessary arrangements on your date of service so our crews can easily enter your home. Many of our clients give temporary codes to their crews.

What Should I Do With My Pets?

Please notify us of any pets you may have in your home and any details that would helpful for our cleaning crews to have.

How Can I Pay for My Services?

You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Cash and check may be left on the counter the day of service. You can also contact us to set up an automatic payment by credit card for your services.

Do I Need To Have Cleaning Supplies and Equipment?

No! Our crews are come to your home fully equipped!
